Recently, the Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment jointly released the "Catalogue of Prohibited Import Goods (8th Batch)" and "Catalogue of Prohibited Export Goods (7th Batch)".
The Catalogue of Goods Prohibited from Export (the seventh batch) includes: Hexachlorobutadiene, pentachlorophenol and its salts and esters, Dicofol, perfluorohexanesulfonic acid and its salts and related compounds, polychlorinated naphthalene (including dichloronaphthalene, trichloronaphthalene, tetrachloronaphthalene, pentachloronaphthalene, hexachloronaphthalene, heptachloronaphthalene, octachloronaphthalene), hexabromo Cyclododecane.
The Catalogue of Goods Prohibited from Import (the eighth batch) includes: mixed drugs containing Sibutramine (without a fixed dose or made into retail packaging), preparations containing Sibutramine in a given dose, Sibutramine and its salts, Hexachlorobutadiene, pentachlorophenol and its salts and esters, Dicofol, perfluorohexanesulfonic acid and its salts and its related compounds Polychlorinated naphthalene (including dichloronaphthalene, trichloronaphthalene, tetrachloronaphthalene, pentachloronaphthalene, hexachloronaphthalene, heptachloronaphthalene, octachloronaphthalene), hexabromo Cyclododecane.
