The preliminary ruling was that Shandong Aocter Feed Additives Co., Ltd. had a temporary anti-dumping duty of 120.8%, Shandong FY Feed Technology Co., Ltd. and Shandong Yinfeng Biological Technology Co., Ltd. had temporary anti-dumping duties of 95.4%, other cooperative enterprises had temporary anti-dumping duties of 99.8%, and other enterprises had temporary anti-dumping duties of 120.8%.
The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes for the products involved are ex 2923 10 00, ex 2309 90 31, ex 2309 90 96, ex 2106, and 3824 99 96.
On October 31, 2024, the European Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation into choline chloride originating in China.
